Warm and decent clean. Nice staff. Single room is a bit tiny, but then I'm back on the heavy side.

Wifi near the front desk is okay however the room wifi is always intermittent.

Location is near the market and bus station. Many establishments nearby, including Jollibee. A little bit pricey for what you are getting. I choose the room with showers but no heater. Room is clean but dark. Bathroom needs improvement, toilet has no flush. There is a construction nearby and you can hear them. Room is not that quiet as you can hear conversations and foot steps from the corridor. Poor cellphone reception inside the room.assigned to me. TV with cable channels is good. Internet is also good.

Not worth the price... There are other cheaper hotels nearby with better ambiance, amenities, as well as customer service.

No water every morning in room 405 it's a very big NO for every hotel and, the worst there's NO elevator for a fifth floor hotel guests have to sacrifice going up and down what a pity to the olds and pwds.
