We didn 't even know we were coming here, and this was one of my favorite meals from our twelve-day adventure in Sicily. It was included in our guided tour of Mt Etna by Etna Finder, because it 's located right on the lower slopes of the volcano, and it has spectacular views. Chef Domenico and his team prepared an amazing light lunch of baked olives, dried tomatoes with oil, bread and tomato salad, fried rice balls (arancini), fried eggplant, potato salad, salami cheese, sweet onion jelly, and an incredible baked cheese dish that we somehow finished. And that was only the first course! We actually had to eat more stuff after that- second course was meat potatoes, and for dessert we enjoyed cannoli cappucino. Then Domenico introduced us to his dogs and let us take photos with him and Paolo Alessio from Etna Finder, who ate with us and kept us laughing the entire time.

Great owners/hosts, simple delicious food, stunning view and awesome atmosphere. The best way to enjoy this place is to stay at the same hotel for night with dinner breakfast and watch stars at night. I would be happy to return to this place more than once. I guess I'll be there, I miss it already.

Couples of friends. Good food. cozy environment. friendly and professional staff. we went in the middle of a snowfall and the owner came to pick us up with the jeep.

Very beautiful location outside, surrounded by greenery. of itself, it already deserves a visit. the food in the complex good but not exciting, both for the invoice and for the selection of the courses the menu is fixed, so you eat what comes.) there is also a playground for children
