Family run, clean and modern styled restaurant serving local and authentic dishes. Must visit. Perfect for small and large groups and a very short drive from Agrigento. Appetizers are traditional and made from local foods. If you like farm to table, this is your perfect stop. The grilled artichokes and broiled homemade ricotta cheese are delicious. Salvina and staff were great hosts. Great for small meal or full dinner but plan to walk away full. Easy ride off the highway. The old portion of town perfect for a short walk after dinner.

We've been there twice. the first for a banquet where we tasted everything, the second yesterday. you eat well, typical cuisine very good and very homemade, pizzas are also good and staff is super friendly
