La Grange - Castres

Great plat du jour menu ...plenty of fries and salad, steak really good. ille flottante superb .... friendly and good service. After a trip to the market a great find ...decor good ... 4 of us very happy with our meals .

Visited between Xmas and new year and discovered that La Grange was under new ownership for just 3 days! However the simple menu was well prepared and served. Excellent chips!! Very good value too . Friendly staffThe restaurant is slightly quirky in decor with just 24 covers .New owner has over 40 years resto experience and has plans so will revisit to see in the summer but if this experience is anything to go by it will be good .
