Bidrage med feedbackLocated only a few minutes from the centre of Castres, the estate is a very quiet, beautiful and carefully maintained place. Cleanness is irreproachable. The host, discreet and attentive, welcomes with care without making chichi. We didn't have dinner at the estate, but breakfast was delicious. Special mention to pudding and home brioche! In short: we will not hesitate to come back.
The dinner was excellent, original and inventive with fresh and local products. The service was impeccable.We felt like we were home and not among a multitude of anonymous customers. The host was affable and out of standard!
