The Tea Wagon - Castletown

The overall experience was great. I have everything I can eat and ate everything. the ascot came with a sausage roll (delict) and a suppe. the real tee car came with a sortiment of cake and sandwiches all beautifully designed and lip tasty delicious, especially the short bread cookie. the family-run staff is extremely friendly and takes care of all the whistles and fancies. I would have a few points for not a very elaborate tee selection (although they have something for all tee lovers). try the shenandoah blue, rather complex and different.

We had an amazing experience as we attended the Harry Potter themed tea course. The Pumpkin Chai and London tea was amazing along with all the tea foods. Our server was fantastic and the hostess let our kids wear the sorting hat to be placed at our table.

My daughter took me for my birthday. It was busy but staff was pleasant and efficient. The variety of hats was impressive and stunning! We took a picture with a standing cardboard cutout of the Queen. The food was fantastic, as was the tea. I especially enjoyed the eclectic collection of china used, and the ambiance. We intend to make this a recurring thing, especially with the themes.

A lovely tea, set in a very cute dining room. Lots of different china patterns used. Many choices of tea varieties. Food was beautifully presented. Service was not rushed giving you plenty of time to enjoy you experience. Price is a consideration. Different price points for food, making it affordable.

Amazing experience! The tea and food was absolutely delicious. We came in October and there were some more seasonal tea options, like the Pumpkin Spice Chai. Customer service was exceptional as well. We had the Royal Ascot. I was afraid that I might be hungry, but after seeing the amount of food it was plenty! Definitely worth the money, especially considering that everything is homemade. We had an issue with one of our savories, but they were so kind to not only bring us a new one, but also deduct some from our bill, and bring us an extra dessert. We will absolutely be back! Worth the hour drive for sure. Update: went back here for a second visit, and it was amazing again!! A favorite spot for sure.
