Ask Italian Castleford

The meal was nice enough, and we all enjoyed it. Open table never sent the booking, but happy Ask took us and we could sit and eat otherwise would have been very different evening for us

We booked and glad we did as it was extremely busy. We were well looked around and the service of our waiter was excellent. This is our favorite chain restaurant and the food was delicious tonight.

It took 90 minutes to get 2 courses The first course was really terrible and the chips were in places black . Also it was not hot was obviously left to stand after cooking. We mentioned that to the waitress and she said she was going to tell the kitchen. The main course lasted 35 minutes to get after and it was very bad. The waitress said that she would make an amendment to the bill, and when we asked for it, she said that we don't have to pay because she appreciates how terrible it was and how disappointed we were.
