Wendy's - Castle Rock

I have been to this Wendy’s location on 3 separate occasions and each time I have had lousy service. The last time I was there, we ordered in the drive-thru, and they had us pull around to the front of the building and wait for our order. After almost 20 minutes I finally went inside and the “manager on duty” said she forgot about us. They proceeded to remake our order, but in the end 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. She refused to give me a number to the general manager, but one of the cooks from the back came up front with the number.... Today I was hesitant on going back to this location, but to my surprise they have a whole new management staff. The restaurant is the cleanest I have seen it in any of my visits. I am glad they finally have managers in place that care about the customers and the business.

Ordered a S'awsome bacon cheeseburger meal and a small chocolate frosty. The burger was actually pretty good with the sauce. Gonna try it with the chicken sandwich next time and see which one I like better. Of course the fries and frosty were delicious as always.

They forgot 1 fry for me but I wasn't upset. They got my huge meal together very fast. Which anywhere else would have taken forever. So I didn't even care about missing one of the small fries. They did a great job!
