Union An American Bistro - Castle Rock

The creamy Pueblo green chili dip was amazing and our Chi-town sandwiches were equally as good! The service was a bit slow and the coconut cream pie which is usually awesome was just ok!

Menu is loaded with great items at very reasonable prices. Restaurant is very clean and staff was excellent. Parking is a challenge. There is a semi-public garage across the street but first several levels are all reserved for residents.

Liz was outstanding; she made sure we were comfortable, our food served in good time, and took the time to ask if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend Union Bistro!

Came there Saturday evening for the first time can’t remember our server’s name she was polite , knowledgeable and a very friendly person. We just ordered a few of the small plates to try and they were excellent. Also a major score on half price drinks very good lemon drop martinis. Will definitely go there again!!

Absolutely fabulous! The pork belly sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. Loved this place
