Slim Chickens Food Truck - Castle Rock

Grabbed some Slim Chickens tonight at 105 West Brewery! Tenders and fries are super good! My kids are obsessed with the other couple chicken places here in Castle Rock but said hands down tonight was better! Service was great! Grab some Slim Chickens next time you’re in the mood for some great food and service!

Slim Chickens came out for my birthday and I was so impressed by them!

I’m not sure what I’m missing. We just went today. Chicken strips were small and it didn’t even look like they were breaded. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and there was no buffalo sauce. The chicken fingers come with Texas Toast and it was just regular toast.

Tenders, Wings, and Fries were all good tasty; however, we got home and didn't have the right order and had to go back. When we tried to exchange the food we got for the food we ordered one of the guys in the food truck was testy, bordering on belligerent. Good food, service was not good tonight.
