The young employees working at night are very respectful and have great customer service skills. they were busy tonight and treated very smoothly. they are right.
Went through your drive-through today i could barely hear the guy on the other end of the speaker. Repeated my order back to him and when he gave me the total it didn’t sound right. When we got to the window I simply asked the man to repeat my order back to me as the price didn’t sound right, he then got defensive and argued with me regarding what I ordered I simply said sir I’m just asking for you to repeat my order as the price doesn’t sound correct he then was rude and unprofessional and when I asked to speak to the manager he pulled his name badge out of his pocket and said that he was his name was Ty he rudely said do you want the food or not and I said you know what I do not the service was horrible! Do unprofessional all he had to do was politely repeat my order. I understand finding employees is hard at the moment but that was no excuse
Orderd on line. Never got a confirmation. Tried to call the store to make sure they got my order but no one ever answered the phone. In fact they took it off the hook twice. Called corporate and the first time I was put on hold the music kept repeating you will never see me again. How fitting! The lady at corporate said my order never went through, then asked me if there was anything else she could do. As soon as I said no she hung up. KFC is trash!
I will not shop at kfc chicken in castle rock untill they get new management. i had so many problems with the food. the chicken is over cooked and the coleslaw has no sause on it, the chiicken is cooked early morning and sold in the afternoon and is very dry when you go to eat it.when you have a complaint and call them on the phone , they don"t answer the phone. i could go on and on with my complaints but it does no good. they need to shut it down or get new management and employees.
