Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Castle Rock

The menu advertised the price as $9.19 before tax, but I was charged $11.19 before tax at the restaurant. When I asked for an explanation, they couldn't provide one but ended up giving me $1.25 back in cash. It's important for the prices on the menu screens to match what customers are actually being charged. The breakfast tacos I ordered for $11 were not worth the price and they even forgot to include cheese.

We were served the incorrect food order at the restaurant. Due to time constraints, we were unable to return it and exchange it for the correct order. Additionally, our drinks did not meet our expectations. While we understand that the restaurant may have been short staffed, we believe that accuracy in providing both food and drinks is essential. Given the price we paid, we had higher expectations for the level of service we received.

The food at this restaurant is amazing and the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. I will definitely be returning.

Ordered 2 quesadillas online and picked them up on time. The quesadillas were thrown in to the containers in such a way that they had fallen apart. They were greasy and soggy and inedible.After contacting the store, the General Manager offered to make a replacement order if I came in. After coming in and reordering the quesadilla, i take it home to find that it was again made incorrectly and missing ingredients it is supposed to come with.I will not be giving Fuzzy’s a 3rd chance.
