Bidrage med feedbackJust had the grilled chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich. I have to say I think this will be my absolute LAST visit to chili?s. The bun was stale, the avocado was brown, the sandwich was cold and the fries tasted like they were cooked in oil that has neverbeen changed. Extremely disappointing, especially for the prices they charge these days.
Quality of the food was average at best. Why they can't come up with decent salsa and fresh chips is beyond me. The location has an overall aura of mustiness and uncleanliness. On the positive side the service was shockingly good. I received otherwise inthese trying times. The prices weren't bad either. If you like Chili's I would skip this location and go to the one up thestreet on Lincoln.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, thanks to our friendly server, Jackie, who was excellent and attentive. I ordered the shrimp fajitas, which were served sizzling hot and absolutely delicious, and they arrived remarkably quickly! When I mentioned to Jackie that I needed a hotel recommendation due to the rainy and foggy weather, the Assistant Manager, Aaron, came over within a couple of minutes to offer some suggestions. He was extremely friendly and had a cheerful, upbeat attitude. Aaron is an incredibly bright young man who clearly loves his job and has a great deal of respect for the company. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—definitely one of my best visits to Chili's!
The portions are quite generous, and there is a reasonable variety on the menu. I would have appreciated more vegetarian options and sides. The service was satisfactory and prompt. It's a straightforward place—basic but budget-friendly. The drinks were standard but quite good. Overall, it's not a bad option for a chain restaurant.
The burgers were good, though not the best I've ever tasted. I appreciated having the option to order a side salad. I’m a fan of battered fries, so I definitely enjoyed those!
