We stopped in for a dinner and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The setting is a little odd seems like it used to be a show/presentation and then they turned it into a quick service restaurant. Seats are on great raised banqueting with knights names and flags. The menu is limited to traditional german pub food, and there aren't a ton of options but the portions are huge and the food very tasty. The beer on tap is very fresh and there were a good selection of options.

Been there with wife. Good food for an amusement park. We had a yearly ticket for the park which, in the ticket conditions, gives right to a discount at this restaurant. When the bill is presented the employee tell us that they reject the park convention for reasons. Fine enough, but ticket was bought like 3 days before, and the park is opened since 2 months. If you have this issues with the park administration you should have made this clear and prevent then to sell tickets under these false premises. Next issue is your typical Italian ineptitude when it comes to beer. You order a Pils, your get a Weiss, you want a brand they bring you another. So damn irritating.

The restaurant has an interesting concept: like a theater, where guests see the bar and kitchen. But here all cool things about the restaurant finish. Staff is completely not interested in serving people, to pass the order the customer must do a lot of efforts and signs to attract attention of the waiter restaurant was not full the staff is passing time on dialogs and laughs among each others . Once finally you manage to order something, you can still die of hunger seeing your food given by the kitchen and waiting that a waiter will bother to bring it no, you can’t do it yourself . Average waiting time since you saw your food/drinks prepared to the delivery time is 25 min !!! . People were leaving due to be incapable to order! Food mediocre, nothing, but nothing special Italy, what happened to your kitchen??? . Don’t bother, just go for another place in the park, pizza, pasta, and spare yourself the nerfs.

Cibo non un granché, ma il vero problema è il servizio. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi, dolci e caffè praticamente lanciati sul tavolo senza nemmeno sparecchiare dalle portate precedenti.
