Bidrage med feedbackI had not had the time to search all the comments on restaurants, today I did how used once, and asked the director of visconti fortification on the tip of the hill. I asked for a home dinner and he showed me to the crocetta restaurant... one of the good points of the place is that it is very easy to know. cross the only bridge in castell’arquato and turn right. plenti space for parking and they will sit in a few minutes. the place is large, new and clean, perhaps it lacks personality. eating on the other side is made on request, always warm and well served. the appetizers are produced by a selection of the many (and I mean, many different types of cold cuts in the region and served with large amount of typical roast brot, which is very suitable, with pancetta, coppa, culatello and spalla cotta di san secondo (which should be served warm). The Firs courses are almost all typical dishes of the region (which means they can not have tortellini, but they have cheese filled anolini, the local recipe). while I start eating and recommend first cures I can't say that the second curs is special, they are just ok, but until then I'm always overdone. desserts are ok, I must mention that the weeping list is small, but it is worth browsing. as Tuscan, I am used, not enthusiastic with emilia rpmagna wein, so I went for the house wine that glittering is very good for pork cold cuts. all in all, I recommend the place to serve something really healthy eating, cooked as at home. I can't give points that the second courses are less than exciting, but I want to give a half point more for prices and reception.
We ate in this restaurant with friends and found both good service and eating that was very cheap. Unfortunately for us, the next time we tried to eat there, the restaurant was fully booked for the silver flag (last weekend in juni every year)
Excellent service and friendly staff well furnished, functional and sober excellent dishes (heavy to recommended mushrooms absolutely, depends on the season) right prices and in line with the dishes served and recommended for business lunches
Excellent sliced with fried pizza, a sort of fried dumpling in the form of grissino, good first and second, moderate prices. in general a good trattoria
Local you can out of hand but out of confusion. family management, helpful staff and courteous. excellent dishes
