The best home made cakes and pastries are here. We never visit Castell'Arquarto without a visit to this pasticceria and cafe. They make a local confection smething similar to shortbread filled with nuts that has the near unpronounceable name of sbrisolona. Its easy to spot and well worth trying

Enjoy it cos it's all home baked from the pastries at breakfast to the many typical sweet products they do. Great pizza and salted tarts you can eat hot or cold and good wines as well. Lovely people and right price.

We stopped at the bread house for a quick snack, and I must say it was worth it. the desserts we tried we liked, including those we bought to take home. the person showed himself really beautiful. prices perhaps a little high in some respects, but not exaggerated.
