Disappointed The menu at 46€ was not at the price. I am surprised by the opinions “to 5 stars “the famous square of lamb cooked in the hay”.... Really little taste The Salmon Carpaccio announced on the menu was trout and snails were not good at all. When you pay € 106 you wait to be pleasantly surprised. We left with a bitter taste Not to mention that they do not take the blue card in 2023!!!! Obligated to withdraw to the village in a short disappointing evening

Excellent kitchen. A very nice chef who visits the table. A simple, friendly and jovial service. No hesitation to have! And don't miss the hay suffocated lamb square. A marvel! All foods are prepared on site. We spent an excellent and friendly gastronomic moment.

Nicely surprised by this experience. Quality cuisine with deserving dishes map the detour. I enjoyed a snail cassoleette and a perfect calf of veal. Professionalism and friendliness, than ask for more to spend a pleasant moment.

Very good address, in the countryside, a little further from the village of Castellane. Very good reception and we ate it well. The master restorer came regularly to all tables to see if everything was going well. We enjoyed it. We ate in the garden and everything was well appointed and lit. We recommend it.
