Bidrage med feedbackBest food in the region, family restaurant with superb vuisin and service. We trusted the owner for vine and he choose perfect red for 15 euro only. It is hard to choose from perfection of culatelo with figi, or pasta with camomile or vitelo at piemonteze. I would say that you will not make mistake what ever choice you make because they have decent real original cuisin, made with emotions and spevial ingrediants. Not to mention that muscato (wigh dolchi grappa were on the house. One word to describe- perfection. Highly recommended, we will be back tomorrow:
I cannot really remember when I experienced such a warm welcome, friendliness, food cooked for hours with love. This restaurant is like being invited to someones home, hearty food, friendly atmosphere. Just love it! I'll be back and we (Hallbus Vin) will be back, again and again.
LOVE this wonderful Osteria. It’s almost a hidden secret but definitely NOT a place to miss. Incredible, delicious Piedmont dishes, an amazing selection of wines, wonderful service, cosy, friendly and the family are always so welcoming and attentive. We have been a few times now and every time the menu offers new delicious dishes and we have never been disappointed. Well worth a visit in this stunning Piedmont hill town.
Wow was fortunate to have one of my business vendors take me to lunch during my visit to Asti recently and we ended up at the Osteria dell 'Eremita Lovely place, small, cozy, very representative of a nice eatery in a village. However the food and wine told a completely different story The local dish to try is the ravioli di asino or Donkey Ravoli and while I was uncertain at first...man was I glad i did! Homemade ravoli with shredded braised meat...very much like a short rib meat but savory with a nice brown sauce. Add a good wine and we had a nice Lunch. Would definitely recommend this spot!
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made by the family who runs the restaurant (grand mother for the Pasta, mother as a chef, daughter for waitres and father for the wines and drinks). Pasta's were very tasty and veal was perfect and soft.
