Alle Grotte - CASTELGOMBERTO

I hadn't been there for a few years because of covid etc. Back confiding in the usual good home cooking, I found the pleasantly renovated room and the quality of always. The portions are abundant, the honest prices, the clean and welcoming environment, the ready but never intrusive service (I who can't stand when they take away the dishes when some diners have not yet finished eating, here I was quiet without anyone running behind us to squeal!

Being in the area around lunchtime, seen the good positive reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided to try this trattoria. The dining room is simply furnished, clean and well-appointed tables with fabric tablecloths. Nice room staff. The menu of the working lunch that was proposed to us,consisted in the choice between 5 first and 5 seconds dishes,more outlines. With water, 1 quarter of wine and coffee, the total cost was Euro 13 per person. Wide choice and good prices, also for traditional lunches and dinners!

After a day of work as you do not finish “Alle Grotte”. It's true we've been clients for years, but if you weren't okay, even if they were a stone's throw away, I wouldn't be seeing him. But... The excellent dishes reflect a simple but not trivial cuisine, from fettuccine to truffle, and the bigoli with duck (the weapon). Broiled meat with delicate contours cooked! Supper!

Tonight after so much that I had to come to this trattoria to the good home cooking you eat well and good price service just sure to return
