The pasta is a 'must try ', lasagna as well, and if you are about to try some meat or steak, ask for the peperoncino sauce (at your own risk haha) because is really spicy, well it depends on your tolerance to spicy sauces. In general terms anything we ate here from pasta to meat and salads were delicious! At the end of every lunch we had an included small dessert, very light.
The great place does not exclude human heat, always finds it, both in dishes and in service. passion and desire to improve, never miss. when you want to eat a Roman dish, I recommend the gricia, but not only.
I come from Sicily and for work I turned 4/5 restaurants in the surroundings but in all sincerity here is where I ate better and more abundant. sincere congratulations to the owners.
