We stayed at the resort for 10 days and managed to eat at all the restaurants, including Aurevo. This is a lovely location by the poolside. We were set up on an outside table on a lovely evening would have brought some sunscreen had we known in advance but it was fine. The menu was great with a good selection of seafood, meat, pasta and pizza options. With 15yo twins, the variety was great something for everyone. However, poor service is a common theme at this resort and Aurevo was impacted by some untrained staff. At one point, I had to open a bottle of wine because the young girl’s third attempt was not going to end well. They mixed up our orders and the meals were delivered at different times. It could be a great experience when the staff are properly” trained and the kitchen service team are better connected but this wasn’t the case on our visit.

We ate 7 buffet breakfasts and 6 buffet dinners in this restaurant during our stay. The service was perfect. The food varied and delicious. Breakfast was fresh. Buffet dinners were good.

This is right in the hotel there in Varignana. We found the breakfast to be very good and enjoyed it every morning of our stay. Dinner was another story. It is modern Italian . We did not find the food very pleasing. It was trying to hard to be modern and different. Overpriced and just not that interesting for us. We much preferred the rustic trattoria also at the resort.
