Subway - Casselman

Usually good food at this location. Disappointed when I asked for garlic aioli and the lady put on ranch instead(she had to go to the back as the one upfront was empty). Didn't notice until I got home, I really dislike ranch but love the garlic aioli. Wish she could of told me that they were our instead of substituting, luckily I'm not allergic to it.

Food was typical of the majority of Subway restaurants I have been to. However, there were 3 people working all of whom were in the back talking and not actually doing anything. Every table was dirty, including the counter tops and pickup counters. The washrooms need a good cleaning, as well as all of the floors in the entire restaurant (dirt, food and garbage). We were the only people there so I cannot see a good reason for this lack of cleanliness and lack of care by the staff.

Always impressed with service here, and can't go wrong with their sandwiches. Usually stick to the B.M.T.

Lettuce was extremely rusty. Sandwich with spinach was great.
