The food is good. But I ordered a burrito with rice sour cream avocado and chicken but it came with pork instead I took it to go because I was coming from Puyallup so there's no going back to exchange that. If I do come back to cashmere I would go to this joint again to eat versus the restaurants. I've always liked taco trucks better than restaurants it seems like the food more authentic Food: 4

Found this Taco Truck on our way home from Chelan. We ordered Sopes and a Taco plate. Food was simple hence taco truck but delicious. Must try if you’re looking for a quick and tasty meal. They do have outside seating in front of the truck and a covered seating with A/C. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

These reviews have got to be fakes. Not great, didn't make my stomach drop, but the $13 burrito consisted of meat, rice and very little cilantro. Absolute joke. Edible, but...so overpriced and a huge rip-off. Meat was a strange consistency. Taco trucks aren't gourmet, I get that, although I've never in my life been so disappointed with one when I opened the container after leaving. Service: Take out

Tasty tacos and flavorful salsa. I loved the carne asada street tacos (good quality meat) and salsa verde (very mild). They were about $2.50 each which is reasonable.
