Apache Pizza - Cashel legal

Aside for the food been cold, we ordered our food online, the pizza option we wanted wasn't on it, so picked the bacon but wrote in the notes asking to put pepperoni instead of bacon... instead I go bacon onions and mushrooms no pepperoni... also paid €25 for a pizza chicken dippers and 2 cans with 3 different dips, not a chip to be seen... they used to do chips, but not anymore apparently.

Well in cashel square is Apache pizza is very beautiful they are very good staff is friendly with kids nd with me as well they are lovely highly recommended they are the best see you again

In the past iv had issues with the young 18 year old girl awnsering the phone she is rude and cant even take the correct address down for dilevery never say the order no matter how many times you confirm with her then just hangs up to the point you call her back and she does the same dam thing not to mention they couldnt organise a shoe box in that place asked food not tobe over done it arived two hours late after dozens of calls gone in and the food was cremated, but to really top things off i desisded to order online last night as i didnt want the agro of clueless staff over the phone made my order went through took my payment waiting an hour in no sign of food rang there phone contiusly no one picking up got to fuming point at this stage and walked down to the place turns out there closed for renervastion and didnt even have the sence to write in on there website DO NOT ORDER ONLINE you will be charged and hassel getting your money back , now im out of pocket as they had no problem taking my payment as i checked with bank and its gone through cant get my cash back have to put the entire **** thing in writing to head office to resolve this **** for a refund because there in no date writen on the door of when they will be reopen , personally i think they should shut the place down completely and if there gonna re open get someone and staff members who know how to do there jobs and actually know how to cook and have people skills. have to agree with all the reviews on here i hate the place but unfortunitly my kids love there food when they do cook it properly. if the people running it cant cope in a tiny town they have no hope in any kind of city better off completely shut down and put a kfc or pizza hun there

Will not be ordering from them again very bad service they forgot part of my order and when I phoned them the woman on the other end was abusive and hung up phone didn't believe they had forgotten part of my order very bad service the staff are all 16 years to 18 years ago not got a clue

The staff are beyond rude and not able to do there job. Foods vile, orders wrong, 0 f**ks given. Taste of oven cleaner off some of the food. Unhygienic.
