After 4 years of ordering pizza delivered to my home EVERY WEEK...but every week. Punctual like clockwork..my beloved Nutella pizza always offered with at least 3 pizzas ordered is no longer there. So without warning. The pizzas arrive and my much loved and long awaited dessert is no longer there. I call to report this in a joking way to tell them that they could have told me over the phone that the promotion was over. And they answer me in an annoyed way. That if I want it I have to pay. I ask how much and I am told 5 euros. Okay. For 4 years I ordered pizza, putting up with the fact that it was sometimes even burnt on the bottom because at least I had my nice Nutella pizza as consolation. Now stop. It's over. We had a nice evening but the service and food could be improved. Above all we celebrated a birthday party we brought a cake (for 20 people here large and there were 12 of us I want to point out) to celebrate after they brought the cake to the table and took it away to cut it. A few miserable pieces arrived and the rest of the cake magically disappeared. So I recommend cutting it yourself at the table and not having the staff cut it. I imagine it must have been given to other diners celebrating that evening. What I think is that if the staff wants to do things like this at least let them ask at the table if I want an encore.
