15 mins to order a pizza after I was told to give them another chance in the future and they would have a free pizza for me! This place sucks the last time I ordered it took 2 hours to get my food because they door dash and screwed up. Don't order from here. The staff tries but there's just not enough of them. Nearly 2/3 of the time we order from this location the food takes over an hour and the lobby is absolutely full of people and drivers waiting for their food. It's absolute chaos and incredibly frustrating. Now that Pizza Hut has opened up just down the street, we have a better place to order our pizza from.

Waited for an hour only to receive one of the two pizzas I ordered. They lost the other one. How do you lose a pizza? What, did you drop it between the couch cushions?And the best part, the one I got had the wrong toppings. They didn 't offer to remake them or replace anything, and everyone else in there looked pissed like they 'd been waiting forever too.Don 't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this place. Save yourself.

Bad organization of work. They 're not in a hurry. They don 't care about everything and everyone. The quality of food is a separate topic. The service is terrible. I came to pick up the order, showed the order number and stood for 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I was asked, How can I help you? as if I had just come in. And in the end, the answer is: not ready yet ! Horror!
