We ate here tonight and it was amazing from beginning to end! The food is absolutely delicious and you can say that the cook brings great details into the taste profile. This was our favorite meal throughout our Morocco trip. Chef Younes took the time to talk to us about our dinner experience and tell us about his culinary journey that was such a special touch. He's really a jewel and a wonderful cook! He made our last night here in Morocco so much more unforgettable and it was a perfect way to finish our journey. Each court was divine and the staff was very attentive and polite. They had nice live music that the cherry was up there. This place is a must if you are in Casablanca! If it is highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

We had the most amazing dining experience at Safran tonight. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The chef, Younes helped us choose the dishes on the menu and was part of our experience from beginning to end, explaining where and how he sources his products. Food was very good and heartwarming! I highly recommend!
