Very friendly staff, they have guaranteed our maximum comfort. We have offered a free room upgrade that was really appreciated. Very clean rooms and a great breakfast service. Would highly recommend.

Great one night stay quick, professional review in, great rooms with super comfortable bed, excellent shower and high floor mosquito view (recommend take these slightly more expensive rooms as well as on quiet side without street noise). Reception team helpful when booking, advice. Breakfast is standard buffet, could have some more local decisions today

We had a great stay. The staff is very professional and very helpful! Special recognition for Soufaine, Hussam, and Hussain at the bar for great recommendations, service, and environment. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean rooms; super gym and swimming pool. Everything is functional and in good working order; AC is silent and works well. Really great except the breakfast and restaurant are extremely pricy (as unfortunately often in top hotels), which made us go outside and eat very good for a third of the price.

Alright, it is time to review this hotel. What makes this hotel worth it, it is definitely its STAFF. the staff are beyond amazing, every employee works hard to satisfy the client. The front desk are very friendly and very helpful and they do not hesitate to suggest places to visit in Casablanca. The security employees they help you the minute they see you drop off by the taxi. The cleaning lady makes sure that we have clean towel and water keeping our room very clean. At the beginning, I had issues with the pillows (they are not comfy at all) and I found two pillows in the closet which made my sleep much better.
