Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Casa Grande

Terrible service and food. They were somehow out of non-spicy chicken at lunch! Most of the kitchen staff were doing nothing, despite being lunch hours with customers around. Cup lids were missing and didn?t fit when we asked for a restock. Got our order wrong, when all we asked for was spicy strips and a side. The chicken was bad too. I wouldn?t believe it was spicy chicken if it wasn?t red around the crust. It was extremely bland and dry. This place was so bad that it was my last straw for Popeyes. I am tired of underwhelming, overpriced food. Chick-fil-a has been better every time.

We are visiting from Oklahoma. Hands down the best service and food we?ve had from a Popeyes across many states including my own. The gentleman who took our order was very patient and helpful. Only downside was I didn?t get the Spicy tenders I ordered, but I did get regular and I?m not even upset because everything was so fresh and amazing. Keep up the good work guys!

The chicken was old and dry, the tenders were mostly fried flour. The fries, Mac n cheese (still good) red beans rice were warm, not hot. I came from Stanfield and was very disappointed. I know you can do better.

The workers are so used of having customers cuss them out they were scared to tell me that it would be about 30 minutes for my order because everything had to be made fresh and we had a big order. I felt bad for the young girl and made sure to let her know that I'd rather wait 30 minutes for fresh food than to be given soggy food and be out of there in less than 10 minutes. People can be so mean to food service workers ????

One of the dirtiest restuarants i have been to....ever. chicken was super hot and fresh...just tasteless. At least they had chicken, last time at lunch they were out. Today no coleslaw. You might want to call ahead and see what they have to be on the safe side.
