Moe's Southwest Grill - Cary

Never before was but at this place! very impressive for moe’s. what a beautiful building with a lot of seating. there is even a lot of space on a medium long table for a big group like a little league team to sit together for example! I've never seen it before with a moe's, but great idea. the man or the superior named jesus was so friendly, pleasant and helpful. he made it a charming experience. the dinning area was clean, which is important to me, because many moe’s latley failed to do it, but the stall bad was even clean! the music was not loud and the food was delicious fresh! beautiful sitting outdoors. well made mr. jesus and Moe's....so far this is the best location in cary and the triangle!

Arrived at 20:10 today and they were closed. Both website and time on window say 21:00. Guess someone decided to close early despite what their opening hours say.

Pay for a cup of queso and for queso to be put in my tacos and received neither and this is not the 1st time yall just didn't include my cup of queso with my order absolutely ridiculous what a waste of money!

I've been coming to this Moe's for years and always enjoyed good food and good service. Unfortunately now Moe's has chosen to have their customers served by people that are incapable of verbal communication and do not speak the language of the country we are in. Of course this will only cause problems since the employees can not serve customers properly without being able to communicate. Apparently Moe's is no longer concerned with providing good customer service. I say this not only because of their employee's inability to communicate but also because another employee, who was able, chose to be disrespectful to their customers. The service I received was so bad I almost walked out. That's pretty bad if you're employee's behavior is causing customers to leave. If anyone who reads this has a similar negative experience at this Moe's please leave a review also as I have done.

These are the worst moes I was. Every time I get in here, everyone has an ATTITUDE. I don't even write reviews, but I can't leave this slide. I come here every week to try it again and the same.
