Bidrage med feedbackThe amount of broth that came with my udon was actually comical and embarrassing. It also tasted like water and the noodles were over cooked. Granted, I asked for no veggies but I 'd expect a full container of 'soup '. Don 't think we 'll be back here, which is unfortunate because the other reviews were so positive. Note to the owners, if this is the normal amount of broth that is served, might I suggest a smaller container to not draw quite as much attention to the price tag?
Hidden gem. Fair prices. Fantastic portions. Intimate space. Delicious food. Attentive and respectful service. If you like sushi eat here.
Very confused by all of the positive reviews. We came because it has great ratings and it just does not live up to the hype. The sushi was ok. The fish was not as fresh as you'd like it to be but the biggest miss was the rice. There was way too much but it was also stale and hard. I picked out the fish from the rolls but it just emphasized the low quality of the fish itself to eat it separately. The hot rolls were better because the rice kind of rehydrated with the heat. Huge portions but it's about 50% rice. It's definitely not the nicest spot and we almost left when we pulled up. We should have. The thing that really tipped it was seeing how dirty the waiters nails were when he refilled my water touching every inch of the lip of the glass in the process. Gross.
The sushi rolls here are surprising delicious! The ambience is casual and not too fancy in this little strip mall restaurant. We absolutely loved our buy one get one sushi rolls. The rolls are relatively cheap when you do buy one get one, but the individual rolls if not ordered BOGO would be a little on the expensive side. We will definitely make our way back to this little gem in Cary!
I have been a customer since Little Tokyyo restaurant opened. Always professionals with skilled food preparation and freshly obtained ingredients. Chef's Loyalty treat was the free surf clam. I highly recommend
