Dunkin' - Cary

Absolutely frustrating experience! I ordered coffee and donuts through the app 45 minutes before a crucial business meeting. The app indicated that my order (coffee and donuts for 12 people) was being prepared and then ready for pick up, but when I arrived, nothing was ready. The manager insisted that he had not received the order and refused to start preparing it until I paid, despite me already having paid through the app. I showed him proof on my phone from the app and emails, but he still refused. I asked for a cancellation and refund so I could place a new order in person, even though I would now be late for my meeting. The manager said I would have to contact customer service for a refund. His attitude was extremely rude, not only towards me but also towards the employees trying to assist. I will not be returning to this establishment in the future. It is baffling to me how Dunkin corporate allows a franchisee to operate in such a disorganized manner.

I visited this area while on vacation from Boston and, as a Dunkin Donuts fan, I was disappointed by the quality of their coffee here. The staff seemed unfamiliar with how to make a simple coffee and the taste and appearance were not up to par. If you're going to open a Dunkin Donuts, it's important to learn how to properly make their coffee and train your employees accordingly.

This restaurant has the worst customer service. They close at 7pm, but the staff begins hiding in the back around 6:45. They refuse to answer the drive-thru until exactly 7pm, and then they say they are closed. This has happened multiple times at this location. I would give zero stars if possible!

I see a lot of people complaining but the in person service is extremely good. Also the prices are really good for a highschooler like myselfFood: 5/5

I can’t ever get my mobile order on time because they always have the doors locked an hour past when they open up. Bad business. It’s not difficult to figure out. If you can’t staff enough people then shut down.
