Ordered through the drive thru and it was fast and easy. Donuts were fresh and the egg sandwich on sour dough bread was really good. Great service too.Food: 5/5

Walked in today “Easter Sunday” 4/9/23. There were five employees behind the counter. Was promptly greeted and advised they would be right with me. Only one car in the drive thru. Stood for nearly six minutes. Tried to order from the self order board. Was not working. No one helped me. A worker who looked like he was on break looked like he was going to help me then just played with the register like it was not working and sat down Walked out ended up ordering at the drive thru as we were headed out of town and already made other stops. Order one iced decaf and one hot original blend and 25 munchkins. Coffee orders were incorrect and munchkin order was incorrect. We rectified the coffee at the window. Server actually handed out the munchkins to the people in front of us thankfully only for the honest they handed the munchkins back to the server. This is the nincompoop DD location in the area. I don’t think this was their worst day and I never try to judge anyone on their worst day. Most likely won’t be back until we see good reviews.

I was looking forward to a delicious everything bagel with cream cheese and some tasty iced coffee. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my order. The bagel had hardly any cream cheese on it compared to other Dunkin' Donuts locations I have visited, and the top was slightly burnt, making it overly toasted. The coffee was good, but overall, the bagel was underwhelming.

This Dunkin' Donuts location has significantly declined in quality. I used to have a decent experience here, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered an iced caramel latte and a Valentine's brownie batter drink, but the employee seemed completely clueless. He mistakenly made my iced drink hot first, then added ice which diluted it and changed the taste completely. It was lukewarm and lacked any caramel flavor. The other drink he prepared was just a plain iced coffee instead of the brownie batter one I asked for. Despite claiming he didn't drink coffee himself, he assured me it was good before admitting he had no idea how to make it. Both drinks were so bad that my companion and I had to throw them away. I do not recommend visiting this location, as the staff clearly lacks the skill to properly prepare drinks.
