Diced Gourmet Salads Wraps - Cary

Of the several customizable salads chains I have tried, Diced stands out as the best. The ingredients are high quality (and locally sourced) and so flavorful. We also appreciate the ratio of greens to other ingredients, as some chains put in too much lettuce.The two young men who served us were very polite and attentive super customer service skills. ?

I really like Diced, the food is fresh and fairly healthy if you pay attention to your dressing, but my main complaint is the hours on weekends. They close at 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays so I often just can't eat here for dinner. I understand that this sort of thing is most popular at lunch, but I've found myself in the area at 5pm craving a salad wrap, and I have to go elsewhere.

This was our favorite place to eat at some point, we used to go here all the time. Just visited it after a long pause and were immediately reminded why we stopped coming.The wrap on the photo is 14$, and it's a kid size meal. The inconsistency of service is just estonishing. You'll get a different meal every time you visit too much sauce, too little making it dry, almost no protein, lots of it, lots of blue cheese making the whole thing too salty. Will you still be hungry after spending 40$ in this place? Who knows.You guys don't care what you serve to your customers.

PLEASE PLEASE bring the deliciousness to Holly Springs!! There is nothing remotely close to your super fresh salads, wraps and bowls. I used to live in Kildare Farms and have been a customer since the first week you opened and still try to get there at least twice a month.Went to Sweetberry (named best healthy food in Holly Spring two years running) today for the first time for a build your own salad. The chicken was precooked, store bought and some of the veggies were also not fresh it was disgusting.Diced would be a huge success here!!

First off, im not even big on salads honestly. I had come in with my friend just to try though because I heard good things. The place is super cute and the menu is great. I think the person that helped me was named Max or Maxwell, he was honestly the main reason it was so awesome. He customized my chicken salad wrap so that it was just for me! Super awesome team, and I will be coming back
