Bidrage med feedbackWhen you go, if you go, read the menu very carefully. If you get two bowls at supper and you want to take home what you did not eat, you have to pay $14 per bowl. The menu was not clear about this. I looked carefully, and after thinking it over, I finally figured it out. It is on the menu. But it is hard to figure out. I can't come back to Crazy Fire because they are making it very not clear that when you think you're going to be paying $17 you end up paying 28. It is their prerogative to do it this way. It is my prerogative not to go back. Ever.
This used to be our go-to place to eat. We will not ever go back to this location it is so run down.....was so sad to see. We ate some, but the majority of the usual things were outtempty it was messy the lady was sweeping near us dust in air bug flew in my drink.....bathoom doors were propped open onlyone stall available smelled horrible.
Online menu listed pre pandemic pricing and when I asked why my meal was so much more expensive the waitress explained that the owner knew but won't update the menu. I feel the pricing is shady.
Bathroom was filthy. Decided not to even utilize it. Should have proceeded to leave. Dirty floor, tables, walls. Industrial fan blowing, wet carpet in one area. Booth was broken in middle. Food bar had many rules posted for what you would be charged for. Very mercenary. They do not offer shrimp. Display of food not appetizing. Waitress wanted to charge me close to $40 for one bowl meal if I wanted to box up food to go. Health dept needs to be notified. Couldn’t find sanitation grade posted. Couldn’t wait to leave.
My wife and I went to crazy fire at 2:30 in the afternoon, and their closing time was 4 PM. They told us that we would not be able to sit and eat, that we would have to do takeout. There were two other tables with white folk sitting with full plates of food. Eating inside. When we got our plates at the grill, the cooks were surprised that we were not going to eat at a table in the establishment. The hostess, looking down her nose at us, told us we still could not sit because it was Sunday and close to closing time (an hourcand a half before closing). Some of the other people eating turned to look at the exchange. The cook was cool, and in the past, we loved their food. The hostess was a racist itch. They don 't want my patronage, no problem.
