Mcdonald's - Carver

Night crew is absolutely terrible was on my way to home from a high time looking for a fast snack before I went home and I ordered to eat for my father and mother also I have everything besides what I ordered for me

My burger was so greasy it didn't taste fresh I have to be honest the best McDonald's I visited was McDonald's in Randolph!! ? fresh always!!! Fast drive thru get like Randolph McDonald's n serve your customers good quality food n fresh!! unbelievable greasy wrapper yuck ? please do better at all McDonald's nobody wants a greasy burger or a greasy wrapper ugh

So the reason for my poor review is due to the fact that, the past two times I’ve come to this location through the drive thru the new crew here has given me nothing but a hard time with my order and the food just isn’t the same, I don’t know if it’s just the fact that they don’t like me or something or they just want the money and don’t care about the customer which I totally understand as a former McDonald’s employee myself but something needs to be done otherwise I’ll just take my business to another location, I spend a lot of money at this location and I’m not to fond of the crew making my day any much harder than it already is running a business

It's funny, I usually do not review a McDonald's or other fast food chain locations.. .But this was extraordinary, great service, friendly staff, and they all opened at least on this shift closed seemed very friendly, helpful, accommodative.. .No discourteous attitudes or anything !Your manager can be proud of your shift !I'm sure a mini culture like this does not develop on its own, so yeah, I would feel confident that anytime I went to your I would be treated personally !Great job, thank you for your wonderful service! Very disappointed in McBee enterprise's owners of several of the McDonald's near me, they used to actually care about. I have a son with autism who really likes the toys and I travel to many different McDonald's to try finding all of them. Usually I am able but lately not so much luck. I have asked management to let me know when certain ones are due to come in, they say yes just leave my number, but nothing the toys are gone.
