Waffle House - Cartersville

The cook was very nice I wish I got his name but Nichol was extremely rude. She served everyone that came after us. The cook saw what happened and he started getting our orders in. Even when everyone left she ignored us and acted like we didn’t exist. She never gave us utensils, the cook did. I wanted to tip him but he must’ve went to back for a break. He was amazing. I’m sure she gave us the service that she did because we’re black. Never have I ever received service like this before. Shame on you Nichol.

They made us wait for them to scrub floors before taking care of our table. Noone else was in the place but us. Took half an hour to wait on my table.

Always love coming here! They make the best cheesy eggs and they’re always very welcoming.

This place is very clean and the sunday breakfast was very good. Couldn't ask for a better server than Ms. Kimberly with a warm, welcoming smile who had a fresh pot of coffee on hand which i greatly appreciate.:

We simply ask for extra crispy bacon and it was not even close. The cook went into a rant when we ask for crispy and the waitress took it back. Most unprofessional attitude that we have experienced. We love waffle house but this particular one was so horrible.
