Chick-fil-a - Cartersville

The food was excellent. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and my wife ordered nuggets. They did not disappoint. We also ordered peppermint milkshakes. I wish they didn't just offer them around the Christmas season because they are SO good. The best part of our experience was hands down the staff, especially Wyatt working in the dining area. He treated us with respect, a pleasant attitude, and fast service. We had a pleasant conversation while we were eating and even with how busy it was during lunch rush, the entire area was still spotless. I will now patronize this Chick-Fil-A over others as often as I can.

Love getting salads from here. Always fresh and yummy. At this point is it necessary for anyone to talk about how friendly the staff is? Great experience.

In line today ordering breakfast 2 teenagers in front of me let the cashier know that they had dropped their drink from the drive-thru and were hoping to get a new one.. the cashier added if it spilled into the guys car and he said yes, so the cashier said 'Ah man. If it spilled in your car then I 'll give you a large. Sorry yall had to come all the way inside. You know what, you deserve a brownie or a cookie too, which can I get you? ' The employee didn 't have to do that. It wasn 't his fault that the guy spilled his drink, but he wanted to make sure that it didn 't ruin his day. That was so awesome to see. So even though they ran out of biscuits after I ordered and I didn 't get what I wanted, I 'm still 100% satisfied with my experience. Thanks Chick-fil-A, you rock.

Fast ,extremely friendly service. A local baseball tournament was nearby,lots of people but still great fast service.

Every time I come here my chicken is pink. I also told them twice and they told me they are not allowed to cook the chicken done. I stopping going never had this problem at any of the other locations.
