Manos En La Masa - Cartago

Had a great breakfast burger here; could use some more seasoning though. Other than that the French toast was alright. The menu mentioned it came with maple syrup but the restaurant didn't have any so they substituted with a basic syrup. Service was a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry.

I have been before in this place but the much I had some days ago, confirmed they are overrated and the quality of vegetarian food is poor: not tasty and not creative. Also I think is expensive. There is other good options in Barrio Escalante for a very good vegetarian dishes for lunch with better prices.

The food is really great and the portions are really large. The service needs improvement. The waitress messed up our drink order and then we order a side of bacon She forgot to put it in and then wanted us to take it home after it came when our meal was finished.

On the occasion of my birthday, my grandchildren invited me to breakfast at this restaurant, and the surprise was doubled by the delicious breakfast, good service and the place is very attractive and pleasant. I recommend this place to have a good time

I'm a native from San Jose currently living in Berlin and after spending 5 weeks back in my home town Manos en la masa was the most impressive restaurant from the many new ones I tried.
