Casona De Casamata - Cartago

This restaurant is a nice place to relax and escape the traffic, but we waited a long time for our food. The dishes were good, but some were partly cold. I had the Spaghetti, but had to wait even longer for it to be warmed up. When it came time to pay, the waitress and cashier were having a private conversation and didn't seem to care that I was waiting. After a few minutes, the waitress finished her conversation and I was able to pay, but she didn't seem to care about the delay. Overall, the service was bad and I didn't leave a tip. I'm glad to hear that in other times, the service here is better. Pura vida.

This Costa Rican restaurant has a traditional vibe. The prices are quite affordable.

The servings are generous, the flavors are amazing, and the prices are fair.
