Carla and angie needs to smile more and be more friendly its just 9am in the morning and its not really busy, now I know why this store has bad

Whoever worked today, Wednesday, December 27, at 1255 p.m., you did me so dirty ? I ordered an iced chai matcha tea latte with Soy milk and and had it delivered with my Target pick up order.. it was regular milk. I sharted myself and left a trail of stank inside Bath and Body Work and didn't even get to score any of their semi annual sale today, I had to come home in that nastiness to shower ?

Indira has amazing customer service. She had a line but she manage to keep her composure and never lost her cool, nor did it make her treat me her customer she was tending to the moment like she was in any kind of pressure to rush me off. the same time she kindly let everyone know she will get to them as soon as possible. Workers like this make you want to come back for this type of service. TY Indira for being so pleasant to me.

If I can give zero starts, I would! such bad customer service. Denise, got my Venti White Chocolate Mocha w/ light caramel drizzle right after the 3rd time she had to remake! I asked for her name because of course she didn't have her name tag and the way she answered DENISE with the worse additude!!!

I would grade their customer service poorly but cannot even do that due to the lack of service provided.
