Carson City BBQ certainly lives up to its reputation of fantastic bar-b-que! They catered both the men's and the women's Genoa Lakes golf club functions and everybody raved about the food! The salad, Mac n cheese, and beans were very good but the brisket stole the show. The brisket was so tender with great flavor I am sorry I used any bar-b-que sauce! Phil and Michelle provided excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended!!

Phil and crew know how to cater an event and parties. The meats are always fresh bbq'd perfectly, on site. He offers numerous sides to compliment the meat. His rub is awesome and can be used for many alternatives than the meat. Anything that needs a little spicing up. Try it on popcorn, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The pricing is well worth the professionalism, tasty foods and stress-free planning. Besides being a home-grown Carsonite Phil has made his community proud. Butler meats carries his rub too.

They were at the Boys and girls, Carson City luau and were just great. The food was excellent. ??

They catered my 80th birthday party. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their prices reasonable.They provided, bbq chicken, tri-tip, potato salad, Cole slaw, baked beans, rolls, butter, plates, napkins and plastic silverware.The food was delicious. We picked it up. They even warmed up our cooler with hot water to transport the tri-tip and BBQ chicken.We heartily recommend this company. You can try them at BBQ events like the Rib Cook-off in Sparks every year.
