Got some ice cream with my girlfriend and it was quick and delicious will definitely go again

Her name is kylie (I think). she was very rude. she took our order forever, even nobody was in or in the way. when she started taking my order, she was just rude, spoke quickly and did not even ask what kind of ice I wanted. I wanted a banan gap and in the rule I am always asked how many I want to draw and what kind of ice. She gave me two types of ice I didn't want at all, and another swallow as I wanted. I parked somehow far away from the window and she made a commentary about it I was nice and apologized and she was cleaning up the window. very rude. I parked in front of the window, just to eat my ice cream and she shows me and laughing and she was kissed/make up with someone and hug them right in front of me. not very good customer service at all.

Almost $30 paid. for a Sunday and a banan gap. melted and so small portions and note as the picture that her youngs are showing up. as good work. they should give the employees an increase. never again

The prices are absolutely ridiculous. it's a great ice, brings back many memories, but dang mann 3.49 for a child scrap, come on!

I was so mad going here. I joined the rewards club and they sent me coupons to use. I ordered a sundae and it was suppose to be 1/2 off so I thought that's not too bad. I go to pay and they tell me coupon won't work and I had to pay full price. I just used the other coupon they sent me week before and it worked fine. Lady refused to type in number off coupon and would not discount item. I will never go there again, dq never treats me like that. I used to buy my cakes there, but now it's dq that will get my business. Also, stupid Sundae was $7.50 and I only got one scoop of ice cream and hardly any toppings.
