Subway - Carrollton

Mediocre service and terrible food. Ordnete Italian bmt and sweet onion chicken teriyaki and both were completely cold, although we asked that they be roasted. Super beaten.

This situation could have been a bit cleaner in the bathroom. I was surprised by the cozy sitting environment, complete with electric fireplace (not joking), cuddly seats and TV. The staff was friendly enough. However, some of the food toppings were visible to get humidity and looked less than fresh. Overall, I would go back.

The ice machine and the oven work again! I was helped this morning by a young lady named Izzy. It offers a great customer service and always has a friendly word and smile. That's very appreciated! But I noticed she's the only person who works the whole restaurant again. We feel bad for anyone who gets into this position. But we never saw her complain. Keep the great work Izzy.

I like Subway in general. This place is near where I work... so natural was a frequent customer for one year or two... but that will change. The past several times tried to dinate their ice machine at this point was broken, toaster was broken, their credit card processing machine was broken and/or their TV was broken. In addition, their staff (who was great earlier) lacks customer service. Today I went to this place for lunch to give them another chance after a bad experience last time (picture of sandwich is appropriate). 3 persons were in the line and 1 car was in the drive through (not even busy). The two ladies fight behind the counter and cuddle at everyone else when my sandwich was made because 1 was the other lady around. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I didn't get the sandwich I wanted because I was hesitating to make a request. In addition, the toaster was broken and the ice machine was empty. One of the women who was controversial told the other that she would call a guy named Todd when she swallowed my lunch together to settle him what they had. Not sure if Todd is the owner of this store; but Todd, if you please contact me to make this right!

Staff was very friendly (like unusually so, it was refreshing) and the food was delicious. One of the best subways I've been too
