Great food and perhaps the friendliest staff among all Cicis in town. Dining area is also kept very clean.

Say what you want about CiCi’s, by THIS location beats them ALL! Thanks to mah man Matt! This guy takes care of EVERYONE, including his staff, and it shows. The place is clean, always stocked of pizza (even dessert) and most of them are so nice, and I can attribute all of it to Matt. Our family does not eat pork so mah man makes sure we get our order in for our family’s custom pizzas. Always a pleasure coming here thanks to him! The 3.99 helps and I hope they never get rid of it either!!!! CORPORATE: IF YOU’RE READING THIS, PROMOTE MATT ALREADY SO HE CAN START MAKING ALL DFW CICIS RUN AS SMOOTH AS CHICK FIL A DOES!!! As always, please do not waste food or drink! Everyone works very hard with limited staff to ensure you get served, please do not take advantage of it. Be nice.

Last week I visited 2 times on this cicis. Excellent service from manager Matt. No self service due to COVID-19. They making more medium size pizza’s but I prefer them to make large pizzas. Price hiked little bit for the buffet. But food was good and exceeded my expectations. Matt was very respectful, attentive and the entire restaurant was clean.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and loved it. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Loved the food and the little arcade in the back. Cost a little more than I expected but I ate a lot so it was definitely worth it.

Pizza reminded me of the kind I had at my University dining halls. It wasn't great but good enough. They do make the pizza like you want so that's the only thing I appreciate about the place. You can try this place once if you are curious about their pizzas. They had good macaroni and cheese bread.
