I’m so upset! This location always seems to get something wrong but tonight I’m mad!!! I paid for honey mustard, didn’t get it! Got home and opened my box to old dried out chicken! Literally, crumbling apart! Tried calling more than 5 times and no answer! I will be saving this and taking it back to them tomorrow and getting fresh food! I’m that petty and upset!!!

I’m giving two stars because the ladies at the counter were so sweet and inviting. They welcomed me upon entry and patiently took my order even though their manager was there wanting them to close the lobby and only offer drive through (I shouldn’t have heard that conversation) I haven’t eaten Church’s Chicken in years so when I saw the chicken dipped in gravy on TikTok trending I thought why not? I ordered the 3 piece dark with mashed potatoes and gravy. Arrived home and became angry by what I paid decent money for. The chicken was apparently from the prior evening. It was dry, discolored, and tasteless, I didn’t receive a biscuit and the only thing decent was the mashed potatoes and gravy and my drink. Definitely a waste of money and safe to say never ever again!!!!

This is the first time we visited this Chicken place and we really liked it. Chicken fingers were very good and the employees were above average in their service. Very friendly

I have been here 4 times over the last 2 weeks and every time they only have legs and thighs. They never offer to make any white meat or say they have just dropped a batch.
