Chicken Express - Carrollton

The food was fresh and hot. My only complaint the chicken was very greasy. I also enjoyed the corn nuggets.

Their customer service was 5 stars! I only gave 4 due to missing my gravy. I checked to make sure all the food was there, and it was. Normally the gravy is in the box with tenders. I got all the way home and had to drive back. Its a 22min drive there and back, so food was cold by the time I got the gravy home. Definitely frustrating.

Well this was actually a good fast food experience. The meal was fresh, hot and tasty. I got a corn on the cob and it was Not overcooked. The young man at the register (with the cast on his arm) was mannerly and friendly, which was quite refreshing these days. I hope his good customer service is reflected in his paycheck.

Good chicken. Good catfish,. Love the corn poppers. Hush puppies were very strong on onions. Good yeast rolls. We used drive thru because dining was still not open due to COVID. Expect to wait since they usually have to cook some of it., but that means it will be hot.
