Cathys Asian Fusion - Carrollton

If you want fresh handmade Chinese food then this is the place. It is NOT the typical Chinese food from a can like the others serve. The hot and sour soup is made fresh. The house fried rice is excellent. The beef is high quality and tender. I drive 30 min to get there. I will not eat any other Chinese as long as Cathy stays open.

I really like Cathy’s Asian Fusion Restaurant!! Her vegetable egg rolls are amazing and she was willing/able to substitute tofu for the chicken or beef in the recipes. She runs around doing everything by herself.... I think everyone should come support her!!
