The Red Bank - Carrick-on-shannon

We went to a small family birthday party, and we had such a nice experience to eat here, the ambience at the Red Bank Restaurant is so warm and charming and from the moment we went, the staff were so friendly and attentive. We ordered both from the regular and vegetarian menu. From the appetizers to the desserts, not only the food visually looked great, the quality and taste was excellent and the cocktails were also delicious. I would definitely recommend eating here Will definitely go back.
