Slices is a great Family Restaurant with an abundance of food choices for everyone, the quality of the food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed in the overall service. Staff did not clear tables after we finished eating our mains. Ordered desert and coffee. The coffee came before the dirty plates were cleared. Had to remind staff to clear the table first. Our desserts came after we finished coffee and both at different times. This is not ideal way of having coffee and dessert. We were seated outside in the cold. Was told no room inside. I asked to be moved as it was far too cold but was told they were fully booked. However the ladies that came shortly after us complained about how cold it was and they were able to be moved. Service has gone downhill since re-opening.

Seated and when I asked for a menu was informed that I needed to order my own food via an app. Maybe the business is trying to save a buck as they had little staff on deck but in any respect why should I order my own food and pay a premium for table service when there is no service. I called another local eatery and politely left and went to the other eatery and spent over $200 I love Slices and I love supporting local business but telling your customers to order their own food drinks is just wrong on so many levels. I will return when you guy's get this sorted out but until then my will go elsewhere.
